Handcrafted Soy and Beeswax Candles. Clean Burning, Long Lasting!

Our beautiful hand poured, handmade soy and beeswax candles are made with 100% naturally sourced virgin soy wax and beeswax with a touch of organic coconut oil. Adding coconut oil helps candles burn more consistently and avoid tunneling. Our candles are non-toxic and burn much longer than paraffin candles which are often derived from petroleum products.

We craft our handmade candles with care and feature a crackling wood wick that adds an extra element of warmth and comfort to any space. Each candle is thoughtfully scented with a unique blend of complex fragrances that creates an inviting atmosphere whic will transport you to a comfy seasonal space to relax in after a long day. Our handmade candles are created in small batches.

The Beauty of Natural Oils, Butters, Beeswax & Essential Oils

Oils

Olive oil is a perfect skin cleanser and moisturizer. Soap recipes that include olive oil leave a very clean feel although they produce minimal lather. Olive oil contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and is very mild and gentle on the skin.

Butters

Butters, such as Cocoa, Shea and Mango, feel luxurious on your skin. They naturally soften and nourish the skin as well. Cocoa butter has the faint smell of chocolate! Butters are used in a variety of face and body products, like lip balm, lotion bars and beard butter.

Beeswax

We absolutely love using beeswax; especially in our candles. Beeswax has a slight honey aroma that smells clean and comforting. It can be used in small amounts in soap and face products such as lip balm and beard butter. Beeswax candles burn long and clean!

Essential Oils

Essential Oils are the foundation of our products. They are believed to have therapeutic qualities, but for us they simply make life smell better! In soap recipes they rarely remain on the skin for long but the aroma makes bath time feel like spa time.

That's just a few of the reasons we make every attempt to purchase our soap and candle ingredients from local farms and merchants. Paraffin candles are made using chemicals and petroleum products. Pesticides are heavily used on commercially grown soybean crops. Is this what you are breathing every time you burn a paraffin or soy candle?

Have you heard ...

Most commercial soap isn't really soap at all! It's actually detergent made from chemical hardeners, synthetic fragrances, ingredients, and foaming agents. Squeaky clean means your skin's natural barrier has been stripped away.

Can you believe ...

Our ancestors actually used animal fat (lard and tallow) to soften skin and make candles! We're fairly sure the aroma of animal fat was not pleasant, but it was economical ~ there was definitely a "no waste" mentality.

Our handcrafted soap, homemade candles and body products are lovingly prepared using fresh, *natural ingredients, such as:
Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Shea and Cocoa Butter, Mango Butter, Beeswax, Essential Oils.

* Some fragrances and aromas are simply not available - or easily available - as an essential oil. (Watermelon, Tobacco, Whiskey, Hyacinth, Lilies just to name a few.) Some of our soaps and candles are scented using Plant-based Fragrance Oils. The fragrance oils we use are created using a mix of aroma chemicals and natural ingredients like essential oils, extracts, and resins. We use only the finest fragrance oils from trusted, reliable and sustainable sources.
